What to expect on the day!
Lots of lovely vintage merchandise in a warm and welcoming atmosphere!  Weather permitting there will be smaller clothes rails placed outside, full of blouses and tops.  Inside there a larger clothes rails full of fabulous vintage frocks, jackets and coats.  There are cabinets and tables to display vintage linens, accessories, jewellery and more.

There are changing facilities downstairs with mirrors and chairs.  Please ask for assistance if you're unsure of clothing measurements and sizes.  Vintage fabrics are often delicate by nature so please treat the clothing with care.

Payment
We prefer payment in cash.  There is 'cash-back' facility at the Co-op, just opposite the Joe Petrillo salon.  However, cheques will be accepted for merchandise orders of £50 or less on production of a valid cheque guarantee card.

West Didsbury
If you're not familiar with West Didsbury, there's an abundance of bars and bistros along Burton Road.  Once you've finished your vintage shopping you can saunter across the road to 'Folk' for refreshments and watch the world go by!

Parking
Parking can be a problem in this leafy little suburb.  If you're travelling by car, we strongly recommend using the large car park situated at Withington hospital.  It's just around the corner from the Joe Petrillo hair salon.  The entrance is on Nell Lane (off Burton Road), with disabled and short stay parking bays nearest the hospital building.  Parking is free for those with disabled badges.  A scale of charges applies for other cars - but the first 30 minutes is free.

Take a ticket at the barrier when you first arrive in the car park.  Before returning to your car, you must pay at the pay-station near the main entrance.  The machine takes coins and most notes.

We hope to see you at Joe Petrillo on the first weekend of the month!
